MommyMixers®

Moms: $100 registration fee
Babysitters: Free

When you meet someone face-to-face, you know if they're a good fit - it's true in babysitting as well as dating! Our exclusive MommyMixers give moms and babysitters the chance to scope each other out in person in a comfortable, fun environment. There's no better way to find a big selection of sitters or moms who are right for you. Mixers generally take place at high-end boutiques and hip spots around town and last about an hour. Each Mixer begins with the sitter candidates briefly introducing themselves and describing their experience, schedules and preferences. Then the moms do the same. After the introductions, moms and sitters are free to mingle and chat to find the best match for their needs. At the end of the Mixer, moms leave with a comprehensive copy of The Babysitter Book™ that includes each candidate's résumé, contact information and photo. When moms get home, they can contact their favorite sitters directly to establish an hourly rate, check references and set up in-home interviews to meet the kiddos.

Moms: $50

If you want to meet a big selection of sitters, come to a MommyMixer. If you're going nuts and there's no Mixer in sight (or it's sold out), there's a chance we can still help you. Send us a description of what kind of help you're looking for, and MommyMixer will provide you with a selection of candidates who meet your needs as closely as possible. We will do our very best to find a candidate that fits your exact needs, but please understand that our sitter candidates are students, not nannies. At the very least, you will end up with a great list of potential babysitters so you can get out of the house or have a date night.

Moms:

$500 registration fee

Type "VIP" in the Event space on the registration form (located on all city links) and include the appropriate city your main residence is in.

You're a VIP to your kids, and now you can be one with MommyMixer, too. We are proud to announce the immediate availability of our exclusive MommyMixer VIP Memberships. Who needs one? Moms who have multiple homes or travel and need babysitters in multiple cities. Moms who never want to deal with a sold out mixer, you may attend multiple mixers, in any city throughout the year, with no additional fees. No sold out mixers - VIP members are always welcome! Busy moms will benefit from unlimited "immediate help" sitter searching ($50 value per search). Moms who want a new copy of The Babysitter Book every semester. The VIP membership is a LIFETIME membership! Our introductory price is $500. Type "Gift Certificate" in the Event space on the registration form (located on all city links) and include the appropriate price for the recipient! All other registration information should pertain to you (the purchaser) and not the recipient.

Once purchased, an e-certificate will be sent to you, for you to pass along to the lucky mom!
