Please fill out the form below to register for a MommyMixer. If you are registering for a one-off help request or other service, indicate that in the event field (for example, "One-off help request").
*Refunds must be requested 72 hours prior to a mixer. Please note a $25 processing fee on all refunds.
Type the name of the event you wish to register for (for example, "MommyMixer: September 29, 2006").
The fee for MommyMixer events is $100. Austin and Dallas moms may request a one-off help request for $150. Please enter the correct amount in the Event Price field; this is the amount that you will be charged by our online payment system.

Personal identifiable information is only collected when you provide it to us and only then is used for the purpose it was provided for (answering an email inquiry, sending you our newsletter or processing your order, for instance). Payments are processed by PayPal, which provides an easy and safe way to purchase products online. Your payment details are collected on an SSL secured server hosted by Paypal.
